ABOUT THE ROLE
- Coordinate office activities/operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Maintain facilities management
- Space planning/design
- Vendor contracts & relations
- Facilitation of all office functions and services
- Act as primary liaison between the company, staff and clients
- Warmly greet visitors to the facility
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform a variety of administrative duties as needed
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years proven administrative experience (construction a plus)
- Valid driver's license a must
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office required
- High school diploma
